Bedroom No. 1 for 4 people, a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people.

Bedroom no. 2 for 3 people, a double bed and a sofa bed for 1 person.

Bedroom no. 3 for 2 people with sofa bed for 2 people.

All bedrooms have their own cable TV.

Check-out time on the day of departure is until 10:00.

If the holiday home is occupied by more than 8 people, the rental price increases by €25.00 per night and per person.

We ask for quiet during the night hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties are permitted in the house.

Smoking is prohibited in the house.

Cancellation Policy

§ 6 Cancellation of the Accommodation Contract

1. Guest's Cancellation / Withdrawal
   In the event that a guest cancels their booking, the landlord is entitled to reasonable compensation:

a. Cancellation is free of charge up to 42 days before arrival, and any deposit already paid will be refunded.

b. For cancellations from 42 days before arrival or in the case of no-show, 100% of the total rental amount will be charged.

c. In the event of a cancellation, the landlord may choose to claim a flat-rate cancellation fee instead of calculating a specific compensation amount.

d. In the case of a trip interruption or early departure by the guest, the landlord is entitled to 100% of the total rental amount.

e. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
